APPLYING FOR A PLACE AT OUR SCHOOL

For prospective new parents (Welcome to our Birch school website!) and you wish to apply for a place for your child, please use the Mid-Yr application form below for all children in Reception to Yr 6. If you are a parent wishing to apply for a place for your child for the following year's Reception intake, then you need to apply for a place via Essex County Council's website. Go to their Schools and then the Admissions section, and it will guide you through. For any queries regarding admissions to our school please also refer to the Admissions section in Key Information.

CURRENT PARENTS APPLYING FOR LEAVE OF ABSENCE

For parents who wish to apply for a leave of absence for their child, please complete the leave of absence form below (This can also be found in the Attendance section of this website). The form should be completed in full and either emailed to attendance@birch.essex.sch.uk or handed in to the Headteacher or the school office.
